Oh great! Spammer created a Facebook account with my Gmail address

Fantastic! I woke up with morning with SPAM messages from Facebook in Chinese!

Looks like spammers are creating Facebook accounts with email accounts they find. Of course, I didn’t confirm the Facebook account.

Instead, I reported it to Facebook to have it disabled immediately. You can also send an email to disabled@facebook.com for more information.

However, it’s interesting how I was able to receive these SPAM messages (below) before I even confirmed the Facebook account.

Hopefully, this will do the trick!

This is such a cute and clever digital campaign by Mattel – just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Combining both online (Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Match.com and YouTube) and offline efforts to spread its message, this creative and timely campaign has just won me over.
